poor quality seating management

i did not like the breakfast. the quality seemed poor, and it was the same every day. also, the staff did not manage seating properly (it was like a free-for-all at times). i encountered someone sitting at my reserved table, and the staff struggled to resolve it (they just asked me to wait again).

sticky floors dirty dishes

the bed was terribly uncomfortable i am not exaggerating the dishes were also dirty in the kitchen cabinet i told someone at reception but it seems they have more important things to do the floors were sticky too

The staff are PROFESSIONAL and friendly. They gave excellent service. the room offered great cabinet space and closet. i got many water bottles everyday.

the room wasn't serviced PROPERLY. I had to keep asking for towels and water. Dishes were not washed and dirt was not taken.
